The clubhouse is available to all adult members of the club. The facilities upstairs
can be rented up to one year in advance.

Reserving the clubhouse is allocated by first come first served. If two members
try to rent at the same time,
a drawing will determine who gets the reservation.

Call 864.489.9417 to reserve the facility.

Do not block entrances to the facilities upstairs or the entrance to the parking
lot; diagonal lines in the parking lot designate these areas. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.

The rental fee must be paid by the member unless the fee is being paid by a business or unless an exception has been made in advance by the Board of Directors and/or Golf Professional.

Social Hall (reservation no earlier than one year to date of event)

*Facility Fee: $500
*Afternoon Facility Fee: $350 (party concludes by 6:00 p.m.)
*Tournament Facility Fee: $250 (use of upstairs during tournament)
Deposit: $100 (refundable)
Extra Day for decorating: $50 (per day, only allowed if facility is available)
* Includes Clean-up Fee
